In the app
- Open Triber and sign in.
- Go to Me → Settings → Delete account.
- Type your username to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Can't sign in?
Email info@softblend.in from the address you signed up with, and include your username. We'll delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, username, photo and interests.
- Your posts, photos, clips, articles, comments, reactions, chat messages, polls and votes.
- Your recaps, push notification tokens, linked Chess.com username and tribe memberships.
- Tribes where you're the only member. If you captain a tribe with other members, hand it over first (the tribe's About tab).
What may be kept
Backups roll off automatically after a short period. Past usage events in our analytics tool are stored under an ID number, not your name or email. Games played on Lichess are Lichess's records; they were played as guests, without your name.
